The Vilnius flag-raising ceremony to honour the 700th anniversary of the founding of the capital of Lithuania took place in Town Hall Square. Before this ceremony began, “A Dedication to the Vilnius of the Future”, a letter written by the mayor and vice-mayors of Vilnius, was signed in Vilnius Town Hall starting at 11:30.
