Festive dinner with a dash of history in the Old Town of Vilnius at Hazie restaurant

Hazie is celebrating its birthday together with Vilnius and invites you to taste dishes where an aroma of modernity balances perfectly with the old Lithuanian flavours.

For an appetizer, we are serving black salsify root with coffee cream, pickled apples and country smoked fatback bits. For the main course, we have fried catfish with celery tagliatelle, smoked fish sauce and hazelnuts.
