Journey Through Time From Gediminas’s Letters at Gediminas Tower

You’re invited to visit a historical place – the interactive hall in Gediminas Tower – to travel through time, from the 14th century, when Vilnius was first mentioned in Gediminas’s letters, to present day. You will learn about the history of the Tower of Gediminas and the creation of the city, and will see the letters of Grand Duke Gediminas. The practical part of the workshop is a creative task, during which you can choose the activity you like the most – writing a letter, a greeting for Vilnius, or filming, acting, singing or dancing. So let’s celebrate Vilnius’s birthday together!
