25 January. Celebratory Baroque music concert

This was more than just a concert. The Cappella Concertante Vilnense ensemble, which started the tradition of performing Baroque music in Lithuania, congratulated Vilnius on its impressive anniversary. The concert featured soloists Simona Liamo (soprano) and Nora Petročenko (mezzo-soprano). The Cappella Concertante Vilnense orchestra. The programme included music by Claudio Monteverdi, Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Friedrich Händel and other Baroque composers.

Location: Renaissance Great Hall at the Palace of the Grand Dukes.
